A certified senior HR professional with over 15 years of experience in human resource management, Kelly Manning brings her vast wealth of knowledge and expertise to the Conner Insurance team to assist our partners with strategic human resource planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, policy development, compensation, benefit administration and performance management.

 

Formerly serving as Director of Human Resources for New Hope of Indiana for over a decade, Kelly has personally overseen the implementation of online recruitment processes, significant streamlining of onboarding processes and implementation of organization compensation strategies. Her work and her skills have indirectly helped thousands of Hoosiers improve their quality of life.
