What’s New in 2015?

It is 2015! Another year in front of us to grow, develop, and make change. It is sure to be a fun ride! We wanted to take a moment to share with you a few important items we see coming in 2015 for Human Resource departments. We cannot wait and are truly grateful to have you along with us. It has been said by many that Department of Labor audits are anticipated to be on the rise this year. DOL Audits can be triggered in many ways, but the most common by far is employee complaints.
